About
I am a spirit first, which translates to spirited! I was a psychic child and empath, sensitive to the spiritual realm, energy, and emotions from a young age. My journey has been marked by perseverance in the face of significant challenges. Growing up, I experienced severe childhood trauma, including sexual abuse, rape, kidnapping, and becoming pregnant at 15 by a 21-year-old. At 16,
I received an excruciating Lupus diagnosis, and at 18, I was publically excommunicated from a church/cult. For decades, I endured the chaos of a codependent relationship with a substance user, yet managed to avoid addiction myself despite a robust familial history of substance use. I often joked that my life story could be titled "Chronicles of a Functioning Dysfunctional," but the truth is that I had to fight relentlessly not to become a statistic. Throughout it all, God has covered me and provided strength for his purpose.
Today, I serve as a regional officer for community behavioral health, fighting for those who can't always fight for themselves. My first love is psychology, but my passion is leadership. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and have completed a Master’s Degree and two years of doctorate training in Leadership. My experiences have shaped me into a resilient and passionate advocate and leader dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those I serve.
